Interested in finding the best burger in Austin? I am, I think it’d fun AND delicious.
Here’s the idea for the Austin Burger Challenge:
- The public submits their favorite Austin burger joints for consideration on twitter by including the #ATX-Burger hashtag.
- Once the polls close I’ll tally the votes in order to determine the top 5.
- Over the course of 5 weeks, participants will dine at one of the restaurants that made the cut. Ideally this would be group experiences (aka meetups, tweetups, whatever…) if schedules permit.
- At the end of the challenge, participants will rank each restaurant 1-5, these rankings will be scored to determine who has the best burger in Austin.
Personally I think this could fulfill President Obama’s call for public service by dedicating your time, money, and palate to a scientific pursuit!
